| Introduction | For a long time I have wanted to share my story. I am about to enter my 30's and for as long as I can remember I have always been unhappy. This is my story of my life, and how I came to realise I was deeply depressed and had severe anxiety. I want to share with others out there who suffer from these debilitating conditions as well as educate those who just do not understand them.
