About me

Introduction This is my blog to document my journey of getting healthy and fit and learning to stay there. Plus, I add in a bit about my family here and there. I am in my early thirty somethings with 2 young girls and married to a great guy. I maintained a healthy weight in high school then after graduation it all went to heck. My highest known weight was 210 and my most recent highest weight was 194 - 8 months after the birth of my 1st daughter. Finally I did get in gear now 2 years ago and lost 54 pounds down to my lowest weight since probably 11th grade of 140 pounds. I was there such a short period of time and then became pregnant with #2. I am very eager to get back there and learn even more along the way about healthy eating and fitness. With the help of my on-line community, Phit-N-Phat, and my own dedication and commitment I am in the process of losing weight and keeping it off forever. This is a slow and steady process for me but worth it every step of the way.
