| Introduction | What do you do for the Museum? I’m one of the Museum's Collections Management Fellows. Our department cares for all the objects in our gigantic, eccentric collection! I love handling the art and learning about the museum's history from the catalog records I work with. What do you do for fun? I’m ALWAYS in the kitchen cooking, or scheming about what I’m going to cook—I love food and the way it brings people together. I’m also a fairly dedicated yogini (bikram/vinyasa) and I love painting and making my own pottery. Dream Vacation Destination? One day I know I’ll get back to New Zealand (I lived there for a few months). As soon as I land I’ll probably stroll along the Wellington waterfront, grab a flat white (coffee) and some scroggin (chocolate with trail mix in it) at my favorite cafe and then head out for a hike. Guilty pleasure? Fruity pebbles, expensive fancy shoes, bad television… Describe yourself in one word: Plaid. (Thank you, Monica Welke.) |
