| Introduction | Born in Eastern Washington, have since called California home--first Southern, now Northern. Past 30 years spent in Sierra foothills. Flirted with the idea of teaching as early as junior high school, but my dream in college was to write. Instead, I became an educator and have grown in my commitment to the profession--but, if I am honest, it has always been a love/hate relationship. Husband, father, musician, singer and guitarist with the band The Karma'addicts for the past 11 years, I remain a searcher at heart. Having recently rediscovered mediation, acupuncture, and alternative healing, I look more and more for the middle path. Other interests? Family, friends, the outdoors and working with my hands...life is FANTASTIC! |
