| Introduction | Just like the name says, we scout tickets in Japan to find the best deal for you! We specialize in domestic and international tickets within, to, and from Japan. Airplane, ferry, bus, train, cable car, etc., we can help you find it. We are a full-service travel manager and we make ourselves available whenever our clients need us. We have flight and train alerts/notifications set to go to our BlackBerries wherever we are. Often we know before the client does that his or her flight is canceled or delayed, so we can start working on a fix. Just a few weeks ago, we were able to call the airline and have our client rebooked before he had time to ask an agent in one of the airline clubs for an involuntary reroute. We had him on his way to his new gate immediately. However, it is true that not all travel professionals are created equal. We are travel managers who tailors the services we offer to each client we serve. They tell us what they want and need, and we provide it to them. Some want more, some less. We think what we have to offer works very well and we know it saves our clients both time and energy that can be used elsewhere. |
