About me

Introduction I am a happily married woman with two children, but I am also a woman struggling with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, autonomic neuropathy and adrenal fatigue. I have been vegetarian since March of last year, but still consider myself a newbie to the world of vegetarian cooking. My mainstay of foods has primarly been Amy's frozen meals with large green salads on the side. This blog will chronicle my adventures in learning to cook vegetarian meals for myself and my family and babystepping my way into veganism. I'll also be journaling about my ups and downs with chronic pain and my quest to heal myself through nutrition and exercise. My main focus will be on creating a passion and the right attitude for health, fitness and cooking.
