Introduction	As a young perason I struggled with drugs and spending all my time in MYC nightclubs. At 24 I entered a long term recovery program which focused on the reasons why we did drugs and our family of origian issues. This program was one of the first in the Country to incorperate Rage Reduction and Alice Miler's philosophies inot everydy living. The foundation was total and completely honesty and those tools are as pertinent today (perhaps more so) as they were then. I have been clean over 20-years and am writing two books about my experiences.
