| Introduction | I have been a reader for as long as I can remember. I find that reading relates to all of life and is universal. I met my husband more than fifty years ago in Southeast Asia, and we have seen much of the world together since then. He worked internationally for many years, but together we spent twenty years overseas, raised our daughter there, and met so many fascinating people.
