| Introduction | Hi! My name is Sylvia and I am always busy doing something. I have been involved in the arts as far back as I can remember and cannot imagine not being artistic. I will always be interested in new mediums to work with and am currently working with aged slake limestone/marble plasters in my paintings. To me they are a combination of emotions I am able to express both in painting and sculpting. To see these paintings in person is amazing. They have so much depth. I love meeting new people and sharing and encouraging each person's endeavors in life. So please feel free to share your thoughts here on my blog. I would like to know what you are working on! |

| Favorite Music | I do not have a favorite. There is so much music that expresses so many moods, so my favorite would be the one that fits my current feeling. But to name a few: Gorecki, Buddha Bar CD series, Cat Stevens, Dawn Upshaw, Iron and Wine, The Shins, The Beatles, Yo-Yo-Ma, The Silk Road Ensemble. |
