Introduction	Ashish is a management expert based in Lagos, Nigeria. He believes that getting older is an accelerated process in young nations like India and Nigeria because everywhere you turn you see toddlers being helped on their feet and young people trying to live their best lives. Ashish has had the opportunity of working on global confectionery brands, shaving products and cola brands in India, contraceptives and OTC drugs in Tanzania, soaps in Nigeria and financial products and automobiles in the Middle East - that would explain the receding hairline. He has made friends and been influenced by people, is married and dealt with two teenagers in the house - that would explain both the furrowed brow and smile lines.
