| Introduction | Hello! I am a classically trained pastry chef/baker, a wife & mother of 4 kids. Half our kids have nut, peanut & sesame allergies and all six of us keep kosher so I spend a lot of time "fixing" recipes to be safe for us. I'm also a food nerd.
