| Introduction | Besides working in the garden, Bill enjoys writing about plants. He has written the garden column for the Fairlington Citizens Association newsletter for 18 years. In the recent past, he has taught "Practical Landscape Design" in the City of Alexandria Adult Education Department and Northern Virginia Community College's Workforce Development Program - Alexandria Campus. His book, Sullivan's Practical Landscaping Guide, was published in 2008. |
