| Introduction | Dr. Daniel Camp and his wife Lisa have been married for 21+ years and they have three children. Dr. Camp began preaching at 17 years old. After college he served as youth minister in Portland, TN before moving to Smyrna, TN, where he served as the Family Life and Marriage Minister at the Smyrna Church of Christ for 15 years. He is a licensed marriage and family therapist, and is currently counseling couples, individuals, and families at Agape Counseling Services in Nashville, TN. He has a Doctorate of Ministry, that focused on the relationship of marriages and the local church congregation, and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. He is the author of The Marriage-Friendly Church, The Marriage Ministry Team Workbook, and Marriage: A Blessed Promise devotional/ discussion book for use in small groups, Bible classes, and personal couples' studies. He has a passion for helping churches reclaim Christ-centered marriage as a powerful witness of the goodness of God to our community around us. |
