| Introduction | This blog is to record my experiences and thoughts as I move to Sri Lanka to study Buddhism. I'm fairly new to Buddhism, only having meditated regularly since the beginning of 2011. But my experience so far, especially on retreats, has convinced me that this path can bring me a level of peace that I had not previously believed was attainable for me. I decided I wanted to spend some time just focusing on the Dhamma, so I've quit my job, and I'm off to Sri Lanka to learn Pali and study the suttas. Follow along if you like, and may you be happy! |
