| Introduction | I am the man with the pan. My goal is to show bachelors that good food is nothing to be feared.Most of the time it is cheap as hell if you have some basic ingredients. All the dishes here I have cooked, and most are my own creation. Recipes are welcome, and all recipes that are not from me will be attributed to the source. I am not a chef, but i do come from a strong food culture. I learned from tasting my mothers pantry, watching what she did, and trial and error. Further more, I am a research whore.
