| Introduction | Mikl Longsaff (M.Ed, B.Ed) is a Junior School Art Teacher at Carey Baptist Grammar School. He currently teaches students from the Early Learning Centre, Prep through to Year Six. Over the past twenty-five years he has worked within the areas of education, visual and performing arts encompassing the public, commercial and community sectors. He has worked as an arts educator in pre-primary, primary, secondary and tertiary sectors. Mikl has presented workshops at the Annual Conferences of Art Education Victoria’s (AEV), ICT in Education Victoria (ICTEV) and Victorian Information Technology Teachers Association (VITTA). Most recently, I presented a discussion and workshop titled ICT (Inspiring Creative Thinking) in Primary School Art at the 34th World Congress of the International Society for Education through Art (InSEA 2014) Conference. |
