Held positions as international marketing director, manager of Air Force, SDIO and DARPA programs. Developed and managed strategic plans. 22 years in the Naval Submarine service including Commanding Officer of USS Darter, XO of USS Grayback (special ops), Nuclear weapons Safety and Security inspector, ASW liaison Officer for Japanese and Korean naval forces. Operated and conducted joint operations, command and control for ASW ops, Special ops Command and control mission planning. Served two tours in acquisition management. Married, two children, two grandsons
