Introduction I'm a 20-something amateur chef, working my way through numerous cookbooks, food blogs, and piles of cooking magazines. In short, I love food and could talk about it, read about it, and cook/bake it all day every day. I manage an amazing cooking store so I kind of get to do just that, I mean when I'm not selling things and tending to the more secretarial parts of my job.
