| Introduction | Pamela Hamilton has a background in market research in client roles at Kraft and Unilever, specialising in insight and idea generation. While working at Research International she consulted on innovation projects for banking, mobile phone, packaged goods and services brands. She works at ITV: Imagine in London, and is responsible for facilitating the creative development of ideas within ITV. Scott Buchanan is a serial (and cereal) innovator. While at Research International, he helped develop new services and products for categories from credit cards to macaroni & cheese. He`has traveled five continents cataloging insights and observing human behavior. Scott currently works for Microsoft, where he studies (and attempts to affect) adoption of the company's products... essentially imagining new ways to connect software with the user. |
