| Introduction | After Falk, I spent 4 years at the Ellis School, 1 year at Bethany College, 2 at the U of Pgh, 2 years in Dental Medicine U of Pgh. I moved to Missouri,where I met and married my husband (in 10 days.) We will celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary this Oct. We have 4 children, 2 son-in-laws, and a 6-month old granddaughter. I've been a household engineer,a homeschooling mother (one of the others of us was head of the PA homeschooling association - I can't remember who),and a pastor's wife. I've owned a cabinet shop, a health food delivery service, 2 restaurants, a retail scrubs store, and now sell cars at one of the largest Chevy dealers in MO. Go figure! I always felt like the odd-man-out ( a Christian in a mostly Jewish school, a woman in a mans field), and it took me 50+ years to become comfortable with that. I can remember Falk in great detail, but not what I did last week. I'm not getting old, I'm just more selective about where I invest my attention. |
