Introduction	I am a 22 year old with a passion for fitness and health. I found my passion in 2008 when I switched my major to kinesiology and refocused my life towards triathlon. Before then I had very little focus in life and was typically depressed. How things have changed, I have really turned my life around and I am living it in the best way that I know how. I enjoy my work, my training, my friends, and my family.
