Introduction	I am inspired by food! I graduated from The Art Institute of Culinary Arts in Seattle Washington in 2000. I have been in the restaurant industry for the last 11 years and have worked nearly every position in the kitchen and worked for some of the Top Chefs in the country, such as Joachim Splichal and Wolfgang Puck. I left the kitchen about 3 years ago to work in the Event Business and Catering. My husband and I are total foodies, having been both raised with amazing Moroccan Jewish Mothers as Chefs. My husband, Ness is an excellent cook as well. We are the perfect balance in the kitchen, as I am classically trained and he is very gourmand! We are inspired by great cooks and excellent meals and I wanted to start this blog to raise the awareness of restaurants in Los Angeles. Doesn't seem to me like we can go anywhere and get satisfied these days! Being the picky eaters we are, we want to share our experiences and do what we do best and eat...while offering you some Food for thought.
