Introduction After 18 years in Provence, I moved to the US to start a goat farm and cheese operation. I am now living between my beloved countries, somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, making cheese, developing projects, raising two teenagers, caring for an old stone house, and always sharing great meals with friends.
