| Introduction | Although I've been hungry most of my life I didn't develop an appreciation of food or outdoor cooking until I was in my thirties. Fast forward several years and I’m approaching 40, own four outdoor cooking devices, have assembled a small library of books dedicated to grilling and bbq, and have what my wife refers to as a hobby. How did this transformation occur? I’m not entirely certain but one thing I know for sure, I have developed a passion for cooking outside.
