| Introduction | I am just a dad that knows a fair amount about tech. My struggles are probably the same as yours. If you want to know more about my professional side, you can read further. I live in Missouri with my wife of 26 years and our two children, 10 and 13 years old. I work full-time for a public school system as an Educational Technology Specialist; before this job, I was a 2nd-grade and 5th-grade teacher over the last 15 years. I recently defended my dissertation on Professional Development and Technology Integration, which resulted in an EdD (Educational Doctoral Degree) in Leadership and Curriculum. Along with all of this, I work for Drury University as an Adjunct Professor focusing on web design and technology in the classroom. I love mountain biking the local trails and road cycling the back roads of my rural town in my free time.
