| Introduction | Hi all! I'm a follower of Jesus and happily married to my lovely wife Lynne of 28 years. I was hatched in church-world, called to preach at eleven years old, and began preaching at the age of fifteen. At 17 I was “pastor” of a home group full of Catholics that had been excommunicated because they had been baptized in the Holy Spirit and were speaking in tongues. By the time I was 20 I had traveled many places in the world singing, preaching and evangelizing. I have worked as an evangelist, youth “pastor”, associate “pastor” as well as regional director of North West Teen Challenge and founder of an outreach to street kids in Seattle called S.W.A.T. (Spiritual Warfare and Tactics), representing thirty years in “ministry”. I share these things with you so that you may understand that I have been on both sides of the subjects I am tackling with my writings. Because of this, I write with great passion. It’s only fair to warn you that I’m not "Mister Diplomacy"... My ruff edges have finally returned after being smoothed out through years rubbing shoulders with church leadership, and that’s a good thing.
