| Introduction | I started sewing in early 2008 when I was pregnant with our second daughter. The very first attempt actually turned out really well! I made a bedspread with hand sewn butterflies, and curtains to match. Since then, i have become obsessed! I sew any chance I get and I am always coming up with new ideas, new ways to work with materials. My focus is generally on infant, toddler, and young children's items. They are just adorable to work with! My two girls are usually my models, and love every single thing their mommy makes for them. I also love to make and decorate cakes! I don't get nearly as much opportunity to do that as I would like. But I do enjoy it! |

Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Quite possibly! Whether by accident (erosion, chipping, etc, that would make sense! Then again, it's also possible that people then just got tired of food falling off their spoons, so found a solution!
