| Introduction | I am a college professor and research consultant from Taiwan. I am also a part time novelist and film critic. I have lived in Taiwan, United States, Canada, and United Arab Emirates through the years.
In May 2007, years after I started traveling internationally, finally I reached my 100th TCC "country" - Zanzibar and became a member of Travelers' Century Club (TCC). In November 2011, after an expedition to Antarctic Peninsula, I also officially have been to all continents and sailed on all seven seas. In March 2016, my Country 200 in New Caledonia. So far, I reached what I call "Europe Grand Slam," "South America Grand Slam," "North America Grand Slam," and more recently "Oceania Grand Slam"- which means I have been to every single sovereign country and Olympic/FIFA World Cup participating territories on the continents of Europe. America and Oceania. I am currently only 38 countries/territories away from "World Grand Slam." I have written my travel experiences into articles, in both Chinese and English.
