| Introduction | My family and I moved from Illinois in 2006 to start new lives as Texans. I thought it would be fun to start a blog on our family's views on current events following this life change. Also, I always wondered what my parents thought about things that happened in their day - assassination of JFK, etc. Of course they can tell me now, but what did they think at the time? (And how much has it changed without them even knowing?) What movies/books/records did they like? So I thought it would be interesting to maintain an opinion blog, print it out as the years go by and have it for our three year old son to look at when we are old and gray. |
