| Introduction | I'm living in the Adirondack Mountains after years of trying by way of that pesky and elusive vacation house. I gave up on that and am now here permanently. I have retired from my former life as a software consultant and am now trying to find myself. I'm hoping to find myself mostly retired, or in a nice little job preferably in or near my nice little town. I enjoy: writing, my dogs, travel (mostly these days the kind where I can bring my dogs), movies, cooking, gardening and photography. I'm planning to get back into hiking now that I'm so close to so much beauty, and I'll be trying out snowshoeing this year for the first time. I'll update more later. |
