Introduction A "Casserole" is not what is baked in a dish but the dish itself! It is a recipe that is cooked and served in the same dish. The container ranges in size from one pint to 10 quarts, comes in many different sizes and can be glass, cast iron, metal or earthenware. We plan to showcase desserts, meats, non soup, and gluten free recipes all prepared in "Casseroles".
