| Introduction | I have my B.A. in English Literature, a 2nd B.A. in Philosophy-Religious Studies, plus a minor in Anthropology. My Master's will be Library Science. I'm happily spouse-free & child-free but share my house w/ several pets. When not reading or writing book reviews, I love to go geocaching, do Postcrossing & Bookcrossing, do volunteer photography & geneology for Find-a-Grave, take long walks in the woods & photograph nature, sit in the sun, drink copious amounts of coffee, watch movies, dance in my kitchen to college radio, meditate, and daydream about running away to a hermitage in the forest (but only if it has a huge library & lots of coffee & college radio). I also read my Merck manual, Grays Anatomy, thesaurus, and old J. Peterman catalogs just for fun. I'm an LGBTQ ally for the Rainbow Delegation & am active in promoting the visibility of adults recovering from adoption trauma. |
