Introduction	When it comes to politics I am usually liberal with a few conservative beliefs. After submitting the Typology Test it told me that I am a conservative democrat. However this does not mean that I know anything about politics, I know very little about politics. I just have basic beliefs on certain generic subjects that any citizen would have. My score on the Civic Literacy Report proves how little I know about politics, I was only able to answer 17 of the 33 questions correctly. On the current events quiz I got 8 of the 12 questions correct, I was surprised to find out that I did better than 77% of the public. My main reason for taking this class is for the credit. I also hope to gain some knowledge on politics because i said above I know very little about politics. After taking this class I want to be able to take part in a political conversation without sounding like a complete idiot.
