Introduction I began creating food allergy free recipes when my oldest child was diagnosed with multiple food allergies to dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame seeds at 14 months old. I have a major sweet tooth and would eat cake every day if I could. Cooking and baking are hobbies of mine that I wanted to share with my daughter. I also wanted her to enjoy baked goods such as cookies, brownies, muffins, and cakes just like all other children. But I wanted my recipes to taste delicious and use regular ingredients while still being safe for her to eat.
