| Introduction | I am an executive with in depth experience in managing large & small businesses through all types of environments. I have a proven track record of leading organizations to reach new performance heights & have consistently been promoted to positions of increased responsibilities. I graduated Seton Hall with a Finance degree and began my career in the mortgage business in 1985. I worked my way up from an entry level position to Managing Director for the #1 Company in the industry. In between, I managed departments, start-up opportunities, business unit expansions/ re-structures, production centers and in/outside sales teams in both wholesale and retail platforms. Knowledgeable in all aspects of mortgage banking, my competencies and experience translated immediately into my Discount Benefits, Insurance and Credit Card platform. I am very active in my community & coach softball, basketball & soccer teams. I still play competitive fast pitch softball & am a HUGE baseball fan.
