| Introduction | Kerri, the Literacy Narwhal, was a late bloomer to literacy. She attended the Learning Assistance Centre at her elementary school because of her Bostonian accent and sub-standard literacy skills. Despite (or because of) these early challenges, she is now an avid reader and aspires to be an English teacher (and Social Studies, too)! |
