Introduction I am a living anachronism. I'm a "throw-forward" from another time. Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful to have been born here in the 20th century, because it gives me the luxury to play with and explore that pull I feel to history. A few years ago I caught the computer virus and I was never the same. That's been a very slow recovery. Despite my strange attraction to the dark side of life (or more accurately, my romantic idea of the dark side of life), I am an extreme optimist. Like the punching bag clowns of old... you can knock me down, but I come right back up smiling. NOTE: No attempt has been made by the above statement to tempt fate.
Interests History, fantasy, non-fiction (subjects like Pirates, Myth and Magick, etc. ad infinitum), traveling, movies, collecting vintage clothes, swords, Elven lore, goth clubs, intelligent conversationalists, art, museums, artists, seekers, environmental consciousness, pleasure and the pursuit of happiness, genealogy, art, Celtic and folk music, martial arts, and of course... acting.
Favorite Movies The Matrix, Lord of the Rings triology, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Interview With the Vampire, anything by Tim Burton, Arsenic and Old Lace, The Duellists, The Three Musketeers (1973 Lester), Barry Lyndon, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Wicker Man, The Hound of the Baskervilles (Peter Cushing), Captain Blood, The Secret of Roan Inish, Master and Commander, Shakespeare in Love, The Maltese Falcon, The Big Sleep, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Iron Giant, Young Frankenstein, The Quiet Man, Swashbuckler, Rob Roy, MacBeth (Polanski), The Day the Earth Stood Still, Lost Boys, Big Trouble in Little China, The Moderns, to name a few...
Favorite Music Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins, David Bowie, Black 47, Pogues, Silly Wizard, Clannad, Cranberries, Oisin, Madredeus, Dexy's Midnight Runners, James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Paul Simon, Flatt and Scruggs. I love Celtic, ethereal, bluegrass, alternative, worldbeat, etc. etc. (you can keep the hip hop, rap, and country however)
Favorite Books Favorite authors are H.P. Lovecraft, Anne Rice, William Butler Yeats, J.K. Rowling, William Gibson, Morgan Llywelyn, Arthur Conan Doyle, Sabatini, and folks of their ilk. I'm rather fond of books about the supernatural, magick, pirates, Celtic myth, genealogy, etc. ad infinitum, ad nauseum.

Your superpower is that you smell like dandelions whenever someone lies. How will you maintain your secret identity?

Patchouli, of course... it sure beats the smell of Asafoetida!
