About me

Introduction This week, 5 people called and asked for a recipe~ so, I figured it was time to share. Sorry in advance...I don't cook with exact measurements, so hopefully you can work with a "pinch" of this, or a "shake" of that. I hate wasting food, so my recipes often include left-overs (yes, you know the left-over restaurant bread in the basket-I take it home & make french toast or croutons). Most of the entries will be typed in a hurry, with a little baby on my lap and/or screaming at me, so forgive the typo's. Enjoy! Mangia!!
