|Introduction||Mary d'Aloisio is a professional freelance writer and photographer specializing in art and tattoo. She travels extensively, feeds the rat and pursue any old crazy endeavor that seems interesting at the time -- she writes and photographs most of it. She's head over heels in love with color, light, and interesting people. She is honored and grateful to witness some pretty cool people doing pretty cool things. While she employs a clean, well- lit, classical style portrait, she is edging toward a more colorful and edgy style of light manipulation. She specializes in portrait and fashion print and utilizes HONL lighting gear to illuminate and paint in drama with light. She volunteers her talents regularly and is involved deeply with the Chicago Street Theatre and Dismas House of South Bend. You can find her at her offices located in Umbrella Ink Tattoo in Valparaiso or in the cheap seats of an airplane, train, or car going anywhere fast. You can see her work regularly on the covers and pages of magazines like Skin&Ink, Tattoo Savage, Ink Fashion, Tattoos for Men, Tattoos for Women, Skin Art, Tabu, Rebel Ink, Freshly Inked, Airbrush Action, and E-Volved.|
