| Introduction | WHAT I EAT Good Foods include... Chicken, Fish and other lean meats, Eggs, TONS of veggies, LOTS of Fruits, BERRIES for smoothies in the mornings too(I mix them with coconut milk) HEALTHY FATS...Nuts, seeds, oils, ALMOND BUTTER! The biggest things I avoid... PROCESSED FOODS, POP, Breads, Refined Sugars My "Excellent Adventure" all began January 2010! I was checked into the hospital for the second time with pnuemonia. I was at 390 pounds and miserable. My doctors discovered that I had a weakened heart muscle(most likely genetic)and I needed a defibrillator!This made ME realize that it was time for a change! My whole adult life I have weighed between 300-350 pounds. I always would diet and lose 30 to 50 pounds and be happy "for awhile". I no longer just want to lose some weight and feel better "for awhile"...This time I finally CHANGED MY MINDSET...I WANT TO BE AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE AND CHANGE MY LIFE "FOREVER"!
