| Introduction | My life changed in 2009 when I decided to pursue the life of a CrossFit coach/athlete. It's a dream come true to be doing what i do every day. I'd like to thank my parents for raising me and giving me the opportunity and support to chase my dreams.... Also need to say thanks to my Coach, Nick Hobby for introducing me to CrossFit and teaching me everything he has.... My gym, CrossFit Excel, my athletes, all of my training partners, friends and family members who have helped me get to where I am today. I won't let you down. |
