About me

Gender Male
Occupation Retired
Location Concord, Virginia, United States
Introduction I retired and moved to Concord, Virginia in 2003 after having a duel knee replacement. I picked Concord (Campbell County) because of the low cost of living. Prior to that, I lived if Northern Virginia (Fairfax County) since 1964. I got my pilots license in 1967. In 1985, I gave my life to Jesus Christ and became born again. My life was dramatically changed and I have tried to serve the Lord ever since. I was born in Boston, MA and grew up in Needham, MA. I just attended my high school 50th aniversary. I graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology and went to work for The Mitre Corporation which sent me to Virginia. I am currently enrolled in a Bible Institute through my church, Thomas Terrace Baptist Church and Liberty University. I enjoy flying my plane, a Piper Archer and am an active ham radio operator. I was president of the Lynchburg Amateur Radio Club in 2009. I began writing a regular column in Northern Virginia in 1997 and began writing a regular weekly column in the Lynchburg Ledger in 2004.
