| Einführung | Welcome to my blog! I am a gerontologist with a passion for helping women move forward in their lives, especially in the area of health and balance. I have 20 years of experience in these fields and have written a workbook to that end -"Aging Lite: A Baby Boomer's Health Planner for Women." I wrote it for busy women like me who need information about how they can get to their goal age, but don't have time to read a 300-page book right now. Love to hike the hills and mountains around my area, ride our horses through the many local washes and up in the Mogollon Rim. I'm also an artist and specialize in nature and structures.
