| Introduction | I decided to start this blog to keep my friends and family posted on my experiences and work while I am here in Malawi volunteering for the Peace Corps. I am working in the Environmental sector encouraging sustainable development of the local natural resources... baisicly I have the oppurtunity to bring in a different perspective and help find solutions to local environmental problems, and give the community ideas of how they can generate income sustainably. I wanted to write a blog because a year and a half ago I traveled around Europe working on farms through the WWOOF (World Wide Oppurtunities on Organic Farms)program, and I found that my emails home were increadibly long winded and exhausting so I decided it would be better to set up a blog where if folks are reading my ramblings at least it's their own fault because they came to my website on their own accord.
