| Introduction | We've been friends for over 15 yrs and share a mutual passion for baking. We wanted to find a way to share our love for baking with others so we created this blog. I (Faye) started baking when I was a kid, mainly out of necessity. I didn't discover my true passion for baking until later in life when I had kids of my own. I love baking for them, my husband, family, friends, our dog (basically anyone with a mouth)! I've gained a lot of knowledge along the way (even won a few Bake-Offs!) and I would love to share my knowledge and passion for baking with you! I (Yvonne) am a melting pot of cultures, no wonder I love different types of food! I learned to cook from my Mom who is an amazing cook. Growing up in a Hispanic home, food was a big part of my heritage. I love everything associated with baking, from the textures, flavors and smells to everything in between. When Faye asked if I wanted to do this Blog with her, I said "ABSOLUTELY!" I couldn't imagine anything more fun. We hope you'll join us on our baking adventures.. |
