| Introduction | My name is Sonya & I am the happy mom of a 6-year-old with anaphylactic allergies. Gavin's first allergic reaction was when he was 20-months-old & it has taken us down a slightly different path of worry & avoidance. But, after four years, I finally feel things are actually pretty normal and not too much different from his peers. When Gavin was first diagnosed, it was very overwhelming trying to find as much information as we could & also the best recipes that are egg & peanut-free. That is why I've created this site---- to post recipes that have worked for us and just to be a general site for allergy awareness since it is a part of our everyday life now. |
