Introduction	I am a Meat and Potatoes kind of foodie. I love reading about food, talking about food, cooking food and most of all – eating food. But even for a food geek like me, there are some things I can’t bring myself to try (haggis, anyone? Squid carpacio on quail eggs?) Not so much. I like what I think of as clean food - fresh, simple ingredients prepared exceptionally. I want to find the 'meat and potato' recipes in all types of cuisine. Here are some of the recipes I've tested out (both original and not), an occasional restaurant review, and some general verbal erruptions about food. Bon Appetit!
