| Introduction | I have been involved with a large number of crafts over many years. Having worked as a self employed Therapist in homes caring for dementia patients, as well as with children, adult groups etc.. I have gained a lot of experience working with folk who have a variety of skills and abilities. Since being more free with time over recent years, I involved myself with Scrapbooking, eventually running regular workshops and classes for groups of 6 - 45 people. Now, having had the opportunity to go through and complete an intensive art and design course (focusing mainly on textiles)I have fallen totally in love with mixed media; felt making and embellishing, textile books as well as hand made papers etc.... This is now my time to re-invigorate the grey cells and step out into 2012 with a deep joy and anticipation for the future. So much fun and so rewarding .... Isn't art great? |
| Interests | All things art and craft. My Christian faith (we attend a local Baptist Church), my family, our dogs and recording the beauty of the changing seasons. Each season has its' own special look and feel. My camera is always with me and ready to shoot! |
