| Introduction | I had a Heart Attack over 4 years ago,and have looked around the internet for Heart healthy recipes to suit my needs.There are some really good recipes,but i feel that i can make some of them a little more healthy,perhaps i am very strict,but hey who wouldn't be after a heart attack lol.Anyways i have changed some recipes that i have seen in books,and also have ideas for my own.So i hope that who ever reads my blog of recipes that you will enjoy cooking and eating the food that you prepare.I have only just started this blog so please bare with me,more recipes on the way :) |
