About me

Introduction Kevin Davis, M.A. began his coaching career in 1993 when he went to Britain to begin a hands-on experiment with a large multinational energy corporation. Using his experience in counseling, he and his coaching partners took each individual team of directors, including the Board of Directors, and put them in their own circle for an entire weekend to talk about the specific problems around working as a team. This discussion included personal issues with each other as well as specific logistical problems. Amazingly, when given a safe space to air differences, people are able and willing to talk about the personal, psychological blockages they experience with each other and often come to some resolution and improvement in both their work and personal relationships. The experiment was a great success and began Kevin’s interest in merging his psychological expertise with the corporate world. Specializing in personal and individual executive coaching, his goal was to bring the larger vision of combining the richness of work life and the depth of personal psychology to allow a broader scope of problem solving for the clients he coaches.
